Healthy Relationships Violence-Prevention Curriculum
This award-winning healthy lifestyle curriculum was developed by the Nova Scotia advocacy group Men for Change. Healthy Relationships is packaged in three books: Dealing with Aggression (Grade 7), Equality and Media Awareness (Grade 8), and Forming Healthy Relationships (Grade 9).
Designed to address the underlying issues that contribute to violent behaviour, the curriculum explicitly addresses male violence; and it critically examines sexism and inequality in male-female relationships.
